Extended Warranty Service Scheme (EWSS) is a cost-effective and easy-to-use extended service program. After joining the scheme, you can continue to enjoy our excellent service support during the extended period.

If you are interested to join our scheme, please follow the below instructions:

1. Under Warranty Period

• Please download, fill in and return the form with a cheque of the specified amount made payable to "Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd"

• Please bring your machine to our Service Counter for an inspection (excluding parts replacement). Please refer below for the inspection fee. The inspection fee will be waived if you join our scheme. Otherwise, you will be charged for this fee.

• Our technician will conduct the inspection for your machine. The quotation for parts replacement will be sent to you after the inspection if any.
  
• After the completion of inspection/repair, you will be informed to get back your inspected/repaired machine at our Service Counter, then join our Extended Service Scheme by filling in the form and pay the specified mount of the Extended Warranty fee by Cash or EPS.

Please noted that Extended Warranty Service Scheme is not applicable to parallel import products.
