| Terms and conditions: |

| 1. |
Canon HongKong Co., Ltd. (“CHK”)
upon accepting the equipment(s) as listed on this Service Order from the
customer, CHK undertakes to carry out whatever repairs and replacement of
defective parts deemed necessary unless no parts is available. |

| 2. |
Charges will be applied according to
CHK’s regular prices unless warranty terms applied, in which case a valid
Warranty Card and Original Purchase Invoice must be presented upon issuing this
Service Order. |

|
| 3. |
For equipment(s) without any
warranty or equipment(s) with valid warranty but defect(s) of which is/are
caused by customer’s mishandling or improper repair(s) by unauthorized
personnel, CHK reserves the right to charge and return the equipment(s) without
repair if it turns out to be unserviceable as determined by CHK. |

| 4. |
For equipment(s) without any
warranty, customer must specify the repair(s) required or otherwise CHK will
charge in full for any other defects rectified. |

|
|
| 5. |
An inspection Fee has been paid by
the Customer upon issuing the Service Order. The Inspection Fee is
non-refundable in any circumstances. After repair of the equipment, the amount
of the Inspection Fee will be deducted from the repair charges payable by the
Customer. The Customer will be required to pay the balance of the repair
charges upon collection of the equipment. |

| 6. |
CHK will exercise every care to
safeguard the equipment(s) received but no guarantee can be given against loss
and damage caused by circumstances beyond CHK’s reasonable control including,
but not limited to war, riot, strike, embargo, act of god, theft or government
intervention. |

| 7. |
Damaged / defective parts replaced
during the repair(s) are not returnable. |
| |
|
|
|
|
| 8. |
Customer must check carefully all
items recorded on the Service Order as CHK will not entertain any subsquent
claim for loss of attachments / accessories not recorded. |

|
|
|
|
| 9. |
CHK reserves the right to retain
equipment(s) without Original Service Order upon collection of equipment(s). |
| |
|
|
|
|
| 10. |
Cheque is not acceptable in payment
of service charge. Only cash and credit card in Hong Kong Dollars are accepted
|
| |
|
|
|
|
| 11. |
The above Terms and Conditions are
subject to change without prior notice. |
