Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE multifunctional device blocks all the scan and print activities instantly if documents include the pre-set keyword.
After that a real-time email alert will be sent to the administrator to notify the situation which ensures important document protection.
Intelligent Tracking
Through iW Secure Audit Manager Express (iW SAM Express), all end-user activities such as print, scan, copy and fax are logged in the multifunctional device. This works even when the device is not connected to the network.
Job log data includes attributes such as date, time, username and serial number of multifunctional device. An image is captured at the same time and tagged to the log.
When the administrator is looking for audit checking, each job can be read through clearly. This provides a clear picture to ensure the legality of using certain documents, which enhances the supervision efficiency.
