Located at 17/F, 26 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, the Canon Pro Solution Hub (CPSH) is an one-stop total digital imaging solution centre for CPS (Video) members. CPSH fulfills their needs, facilitating the videography workflow with professional video studio, various equipment and software. The on-site Professional Service Representatives will fully address the difficulties on professional videography workflow that CPS (Video) members may encounter and share their experiences and insights. CPSH also provides video equipment and video studio rental service to all CPS (Video) members.

How do I qualify for the membership of Canon Professional Services (Video) Scheme in HK?

To be a CPS (Video) member, applicant must:

1.	be a full time professional videographer, and possess at least one Canon professional video camcorder (XF-series, XL-series, XH-series or XM-series)
2.	provide relevant documents for certification Photocopy of full set Purchase Record Card / Warranty Card / International Warranty Card of the registered professional video camcorder officially issued by Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd. Business Card with title Photocopy of employment confirmation letter issued by your employer. Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate if you run your business Your portfolio for reference
3.	be a Hong Kong or Macau resident and work within the districts

How to apply for a CPS (Video) membership?

Fill in and sign the CPS (Video) application form. Bring or mail with the required documents to Canon Pro Solution Hub, 17/F, 26 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. (Please state on the envelope "Application for CPS (Video) membership.").

CPS (Video) membership lasts two years and is restricted by the terms and conditions stated on the CPS (Video) application form. Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

This membership is valid in Hong Kong and Macau regions only.

Remarks:

1.	Maintenance and repair discount are not applicable to parallel imported video products. Customer must present the Purchase Record Card / Warranty Card and International Warranty Card officially issued by Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd.
2.	Availability of the video equipment may vary and each item can be borrowed for up to three days. A borrowing fee may be charged and borrowers must follow the terms and conditions stated on the CPS (Video) application form. Registration is required for borrowing if the professional video camcorder under repair is not sold by Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd.
3.	The longest trial period for equipment is seven days, and each item can only be tried twice at most.
