When the Hong Kong Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, all Canon Hong Kong touchpoints including Offices, Canon Business Experience Center, Canon Image Square and Canon Customer Care Center, should have the following special arrangements:
- If the signal removed or lowered before 12:00 pm, services from our touchpoints will resume noraml within two hours;
- If the signal removed or lowered after 12:00 pm, all touchpoints will be closed.
