Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities:

- Act as a business partner by advising our professional business imaging products (hardware, software, infrastructure and solutions) to our clients
- Prepare sales proposal and deliver product presentations to executive level
- Manage and grow with assigned enterprise account by meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
- Keep abreast on different business trends and optimization process
- Build up sustainable and long–term relationship through in-depth understanding of clients’ need and business prospect
- Implement strategic account review and client visit plan


Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in corporate account servicing
- Sound knowledge on multi-functional printers, Document Management Solutions and Network Infrastructure etc
- Excellent influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
- Mature, aggressive and ambitious with strong business acumen
- Sales driven, proven sales record and engaging in relationship building
- Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Senior Enterprise Account Manager
- Fresh graduates would also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Account Executive - Major Account / Commercial Account

The incumbent will be responsible for selling Canon’s imaging hardware and software solution to business customers, to achieve sales quota by developing current and new business in the market of Multi-function Copier, Multi-functional Printer and document imaging & workflow software solution.

Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1-2 years sales experiences, particular experience in B2B business development or account servicing are preferred
- Experience in copier, printer, software or PC market will be an advantage
- Mature with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong character to take up challenge, able to work independently, self-motivated and good team player
- Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Account Manager
- Fresh graduates would also be considered



Sales Planning Assistant

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to B2B Sales Team and customers, issuing sales orders & arranging delivery/installation, preparing necessary daily reports as well as handling sales enquiry through delivering professional customer service.

Requirement:

- Matriculated or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience, experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates would also be considered



Service Engineer Trainee – Business Imaging Solution and Professional Printing Products

The incumbent will be responsible for providing onsite service support / maintenance of our Multi-Functional Printers to our corporate clients.

Requirement:
- Fresh graduate with Certificate or above in Electronic / Mechanic Engineering, IT or related principle.
- Proficient in Windows, Mac OS and PC Hardware connection
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills
- Passionate and able to work independently
- On-the-job product & technical training will be provided
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Product Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting product marketing functions of Digital Interchangeable Lens Camera products, managing purchase and inventory of products, as well as assisting in formulating product strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 1-2 years or above relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Digital Photography will be an advantage
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, independent with strategic mindset



Officer – Finance Accounting

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in daily accounting operations including Treasure Functions and Fixed Assets Control, preparing month-end closing and accounting schedules for internal reporting and external audit purpose as well as handling implementation of the effective internal controls and accounting system.

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Accountancy with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Registered Student Member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Self- motivated, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Planning Assistant – B2B Strategic Planning

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in inventory control and stock level management, preparing various inventory reports/forecast/analysis, coordinating product delivery as well as liaising with external and internal parties.

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 2-3years relevant working experience, particular experience in sizable companies would be advantage
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Self- motivation, independent with good analytical skill
- Candidate with more relevant working experience will be considered as Planning Officer
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management

The incumbent will be responsible for managing our internal procedures/controls to comply with SOX/ISO requirements; managing 3rd party logistics service providers as well as developing new logistics solution to support new business

Requirements:

- Degree in supply chain management or related discipline
- 5 years or above relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics process flow and ERP system is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skill
- Organized, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Supervisor – Supply Chain Management

The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with regional headquarter, business units and local dealers for parts ordering, managing parts inventory, as well as preparing reports and budgets.

Requirements:

- Diploma in supply chain management or related discipline
- 3-4 years or above relevant working experience
- Experience in inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, organized, independent, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Part-time Clerk

The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound / outbound calls from corporate customers, issuing service quotations / consumable orders as well as handling email / web orders.

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years working experiences in customer service
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, sound typing skill
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Operator (Temporary)

Responsibilities:

- Manipulate our multifunctional devices independently to perform the printing & scanning tasks to our corporate customers
- Handle customer enquiries if necessary

Requirements:

- F.5 graduate with relevant working experience
- Familiar in manipulate our multifunctional  devices would be an advantage
- Native in Cantonese, Basic knowledge in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, flexible and responsible with good communication skill
- Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel / Acrobat)
- Willing to work overtime
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30
- Working Location: Kwai Fong



Promoter (Full-time/Part-time)

The incumbent will be responsible for selling and promoting Canon's products in Chain Stores / Roadshows / Exhibitions.
