Assistant Manager – B2C Applications

The incumbent will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-engineered, tested and deployed Mobile/Websites/application systems, interfacing closely with both internal and external customers, collaborating with other teams on development of Web applications. By leading a web development team, he or she is also responsible for utilizing a variety of best practices and tools to facilitate development on new and existing applications.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 6 years above relevant working and leading experience in web development
• Experience with development methodologies such as Agile/Lean/CMMI
• Experience with project management methodologies from PMP or Prince2
• Knowledge in the Web application development and application integration process, methodologies and direct implementation to applications projects
• Solid knowledge of Web based technologies, not limited to ecommerce, DB2, J2EE, jQuery, DOJO, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, Websphere application server, Mobile technologies, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills




Programmer

The incumbent will be responsible for local support and development on in-house applications and reporting, liaising with vendors and internal users on integration and testing of applications as well as preparing technical documents for systems.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Solid experience in ASP.NET & C#.NET, MVC5, Entity Framework development
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, SQL Server
• Knowledge in mobile application development is an added advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer




Administration Officer (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle the office staff services such as name card application, office supplies, flight and hotel reservation, arrangement of courier, logistics delivery & collection arrangement.
• Provide clerical support and preparing various kinds of report to the Department
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure for regular and ad hoc maintenance arrangement.
• Handle purchase order (from sources, price comparison, negotiation, proposal and account settlement)
• Provide support to our Corporate Reception

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 3-4 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure




Showroom Representative / Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for providing delightful & professional customer service in our showroom, as well as delivering product introduction & demonstration to our customers.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above with 1-2 years working experiences, particularly in retail or customer service field
• Familiarize with digital products
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge in Photoshop is preferred
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, self-initiative and able to work independently




Supervisor - Product Marketing

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Product Manager for the product marketing of Digital Interchangeable Lens Camera products. The role of the incumbent includes:

• Formulating product strategies and pricing
• Managing product purchases, sales and inventory
• Supporting sales and marketing team with latest market information to achieve company sales and profit target
 

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Studies or related disciplines
• 3-4 years relevant work experience, with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Perferably in product marketing of IT or AV products 
• Interest and knowledge in Photography will be definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, independent with strategic mindset
• Candidate with more working experience will be consideration as Senior Supervisor

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner by advising our professional business imaging solution (hardware, software, infrastructure and solutions) to our customers
• Prepare sales proposal and deliver product presentation to customer
• Manage and grow with assigned commercial or major accounts, and new business development by meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
• Keep abreast on different business trends and optimization process
• Implement account review and customer visit plan
 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-2 years sales experiences, particular experience in B2B business development or account servicing are preferred
• Sound knowledge in Multi-Function Printers, Document Management Solution, Network Analytic Solution and Network Infrastructure are preferable
• Mature with excellent communication and presentation skill
• Strong character to take up challenge, able to work independently, self-motivated and good team player
• Candidate with more related experience will be considered as Account Manager and Fresh graduates will also be considered




Customer Service Officer (Part-time)

The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound / outbound calls from corporate customers, issuing service quotations / consumable orders as well as handling email / web orders.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years working experiences in customer service
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, sound typing skill
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred




Customer Relation Officer (1 year contract) – B2B Customer Care

The incumbent will be responsible for providing on-site customer training, assisting in developing Customer Delight Program as well as other administrative supports.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 3-4 years working experiences in customer service, particular in Face-to-face customer service would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Good communication skills, interpersonal understanding and CS excellence driven
• Outgoing personality and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred




Solution Consultant - Pre-Sales Support

Responsibilities:
 

• Support direct sales force on solution sales
• Provide consulting and technical advice to our business clients and gather customer requirements
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations
• Keep track on the project status and give professional recommendations
• Involve in preparing solution design/system architecture
• Provide solution demonstration/setup/testing/evaluation
• Explore new business opportunities and achieve solution sales target

 
Requirements:
 

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences, particular experience in Pre-sales, Post-sales, Consulting or IT
• Knowledge in MCSE/ MCITP/ MCP, IT and networking are preferred

Operation Assistant - Canon Business Service

Responsibilities:

- Assist in presales activities but not limited to customer meeting, presentation, and proposal preparation
- Assist in project implementation and coordinate with operation team to ensure the project moves on a defined track
- Prepare reports and other administration work related to business service
 

Requirements:

- Current undergraduate student will be considered
