This dust and water resistant# off-camera shoe cord can be used with the EOS-1D X and Speedlite 600EX-RT to create an entirely dust and water resistant# off-camera flash system. Featuring a high strength metal mounting foot and a quick locking mechanism, OC-E3 is highly reliable and easy to operate. Off Camera Shoe Cord maintains all on-camera flash functions (including E-TTL II) for one Canon Speedlite used off-camera at distances up to 0.6m.
# With EOS-1D X / 1D IV / 1Ds III / 1D III and 600EX-RT / 580EX II, however it is not recommended for use under rain
