Orders, delivery and payment
Q1. How do I order ?
It is easy to order at our shop.

If you want to purchase any item, just click the "Add Cart" button next to the item. You can also see the detail information of the item by clicking the "Detail" button.

When all the items are confirmed and in your shopping cart, you can proceed to check out.

If this is the first time you shop, you are required to complete a simple registration form about your personal details. If this is not the first time purchase, just login. Choose the delivery method and enter shipping address (if applicable).

After the payment is settled, your purchase is completed. A purchase order acknowledgement email will be send to your mail box immediately for record.

When your order is confirmed, a purchase order acceptance email will send to you. Our staff will contact you for the delivery schedule or when it is ready to pick up in the specific location.
Q2. What is the purchase procedure ?
1. Choose the kind of products you would like to purchase from product catalog and then choose the particular product category and series.
2. Once a particular product is chosen, click on "Add Cart" to continue.
3. If you wish to purchase another products, you may repeat steps 1 and 2. Once you have completed your selection of products, you may then click on "Cart" to continue.
4. You will be shown a summary of products which you have chosen. You may then decide whether you want to remove any products or change the quantity of products. Once finished, you may click "Check out" to continue.
5. A Member Login screen will then appear requiring you to log-in. If you have previously logged-on as a member, such screen will not appear.
6. Fill in your personal details and your preferred method of delivery or collection. (Method of collection is not applied to the Consumable Express order)
7. Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once you have read it, click on the box besides the sentence "I confirm that I have read, and hereby accept and agree, the Terms and Conditions of Sale" to indicate your unequivocal acceptance. Then click "Confirm" to continue.
8. There will be a summary of the delivery details and the products ordered. Check the information carefully. If the information shown thereon is correct, click "Pay" to continue. Our computer will check your Order against our inventory. If all of the Goods specified in your Order are currently available, you will be allowed to go to the next procedure. If any Goods specified in your Order are not currently available, your Order will not be accepted and all your products will be reserved.
9. Fill in the payment information and click "Submit" to continue.
10. The purchase procedure is completed.
The Purchase Procedure above is only for reference only. In the event that there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the information above and any provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the provision of the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
Q3. How do I quickly find what I want to buy ?
If you cannot find the product you're looking for, simply enter the name of the product in the product search box and enter.
Q4. How can I pay ?
All prices in our shop are listed in Hong Kong dollars. We accept Visa / Master Card. Payment will be processed through AsiaPay(HK) Limited and settled in Hong Kong dollars. When you place an order, your credit card / ATM card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. We also support "Verified by VISA" service to provide more secure online transaction.
Q5. How about your delivery area and shipping charges ?
We deliver to the following areas :
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau Island(Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok only).

Lantau Island (Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport and Penny's Bay), other islands, Lok Ma Chau & restricted areas are not included in our delivery service. We do not ship overseas.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carries.

Our delivery charges are as follow :
Order amount less than HK$1,000 : HK$45
Order amount more than HK$1,000 : Free of charge
Order amount less than HK$100 : HK$10 (Only applies to the Consumable Express order)
Order amount more than HK$100 : Free of charge. (Only applies to the Consumable Express order)
Q6. How about your delivery schedule ?
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that in the normal course of business and subject to the availability of the items, the items will be delivered to you not more than 7 working days after the date upon which we receive your order (working days do not include Saturday).

Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday 10:00a.m - 8:00p.m, Saturday 10:00a.m - 5:00p.m(except Sunday and public holidays)(Not applicable to the Consumable Express order)
Q7. How long will it takes to get what I order ?
To find out when you will receive an item, you may see the "estimated shipping time" next to the item you would like to buy.
The total shipping time is: (Est. delivery time) + (Delivery Time).
The actual delivery time may varies. If item is in stock, we can usually ship out within 7 working days.
Q8. How can I track my orders ?
Click "My Order History" button inside My Profile box and login. You can see the status of all orders you placed.
Q9. Can I quickly check what I ordered from you last time ?
Just click "last Order" button inside My Profile box and login. You can see all the items you bought in your latest order.

Special Service
Q1. What is Consumable Express ?
Consumable Express is a quick delivery service designed for single consumable order. If you place the order before 11:00 successfully, you can receive the consumable in the afternoon of same day (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

e-Coupon
Q1. What is " My e-Coupon" ?
"e-Coupon" is special offer especially deliver to you.
You can enjoy special discount e.g. cash or percentage discount on your purchase. e-Coupon can only be used for one time only and cannot be used with other offers at the same time.
Q2. How can I use my "e-Coupon" ?
When you check out for your order, we will pick and display the e-coupon which you can use for that order.

If you would like to use e-Coupon, simply click "redeem" button next to the coupon and you can get that offer immediately.
Please noted that e-Coupon cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Q3. How do I know what "e-Coupon" I owned ?
Just login and click "e-Coupon" button inside My Profile box.
You can check all the e-Coupon you owned as well as the status and expiry date.

"My consumables" is specially tailored made for customer who owned Canon printer.

If you have registered your printer in online warranty system, you will see all the consumables which are suitable for your printer. You can even place Consumable Express order directly without searching consumables one by one.

"My Promotion" is tailor made for each Canon customer. Special promotion will be offer to you from time to time, please check it out. All offers are dedicated for you and not transferable. As it is personalized promotion, every customer may receive different offers.

You can view the most recent order you placed with us. Just click "Fast Place Order" button to place the same order quickly in one step only.

Q1. How do I redeem in Premium Center ?
When you become our member, you can accumulate loyalty points by purchase Canon products, participate in Club Canon activities…etc. Then you can use the loyalty points gained to redeem your favourite premium.
Q2. Can I pay by cash or cheque to redeem premium ?
No, we only accept Visa / Master Card as payment for redemption.
Q3. How long will It take to get the redeemed premium ?
As all redemption requires approval process, please allow around 2 weeks before it is ready for pick up.
All redeemed items are required to be pick up in our showroom. We do not offer delivery service in this moment.

Return Policy
Q1. How about your return policy?
Our return policy is simple.
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return to us for a full refund if item(s) is/and damaged due to delivery.
