Q1. How do I order ?
It is easy to order at our shop.

If you want to purchase any item, just click the "Add Cart" button next to the item. You can also see the detail information of the item by clicking the "Detail" button.

When all the items are confirmed and in your shopping cart, you can proceed to check out.

If this is the first time you shop, you are required to complete a simple registration form about your personal details. If this is not the first time purchase, just login. Choose the delivery method and enter shipping address (if applicable).

After the payment is settled, your purchase is completed. A purchase order acknowledgement email will be send to your mail box immediately for record.

When your order is confirmed, a purchase order acceptance email will send to you. Our staff will contact you for the delivery schedule or when it is ready to pick up in the specific location.
Q2. What is the purchase procedure ?
1. Choose the kind of products you would like to purchase from product catalog and then choose the particular product category and series.
2. Once a particular product is chosen, click on "Add Cart" to continue.
3. If you wish to purchase another products, you may repeat steps 1 and 2. Once you have completed your selection of products, you may then click on "Cart" to continue.
4. You will be shown a summary of products which you have chosen. You may then decide whether you want to remove any products or change the quantity of products. Once finished, you may click "Check out" to continue.
5. A Member Login screen will then appear requiring you to log-in. If you have previously logged-on as a member, such screen will not appear.
6. Fill in your personal details and your preferred method of delivery or collection. (Method of collection is not applied to the Consumable Express order)
7. Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once you have read it, click on the box besides the sentence "I confirm that I have read, and hereby accept and agree, the Terms and Conditions of Sale" to indicate your unequivocal acceptance. Then click "Confirm" to continue.
8. There will be a summary of the delivery details and the products ordered. Check the information carefully. If the information shown thereon is correct, click "Pay" to continue. Our computer will check your Order against our inventory. If all of the Goods specified in your Order are currently available, you will be allowed to go to the next procedure. If any Goods specified in your Order are not currently available, your Order will not be accepted and all your products will be reserved.
9. Fill in the payment information and click "Submit" to continue.
10. The purchase procedure is completed.
The Purchase Procedure above is only for reference only. In the event that there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the information above and any provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the provision of the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
Q3. How do I redeem in Premium Center ?
When you become our member, you can accumulate loyalty points by purchase Canon products, participate in Club Canon activities…etc. Then you can use the loyalty points gained to redeem your favourite premium.
Q4. Can I pay by cash or cheque to redeem premium ?
No, we only accept Visa / Master Card as payment for redemption.
Q5. How can I pay ?
All prices in our shop are listed in Hong Kong dollars. We accept Visa / Master Card. Payment will be processed through AsiaPay(HK) Limited and settled in Hong Kong dollars. When you place an order, your credit card / ATM card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology. We also support "Verified by VISA" service to provide more secure online transaction.
