Q1. How about your delivery area and shipping charges ?
We deliver to the following areas :
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau Island(Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok only).
Lantau Island (Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport and Penny's Bay), other islands, Lok Ma Chau & restricted areas are not included in our delivery service.
We do not ship overseas.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carries.
Our delivery charges are as follow :
Order amount less than HK$1,000 : HK$45
Order amount more than HK$1,000 : Free of charge
Order amount less than HK$100 : HK$10 (Only applies to the Consumable Express order)
Order amount more than HK$100 : Free of charge. (Only applies to the Consumable Express order)

Q2. How about your delivery schedule ?
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that in the normal course of business and subject to the availability of the items, the items will be delivered to you not more than 7 working days after the date upon which we receive your order (working days do not include Saturday).
Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday 10:00a.m - 6:00p.m, Saturday 10:00a.m - 5:00p.m(except Sunday and public holidays)(Not applicable to the Consumable Express order) |
Q3. How long will it takes to get what I order ?
To find out when you will receive an item, you may see the "estimated shipping time" next to the item you would like to buy.
The total shipping time is: (Est. delivery time) + (Delivery Time).
The actual delivery time may varies. If item is in stock, we can usually ship out within 7 working days. |
Q4. How long will It take to get the redeemed premium ?
