If an encryption level is used that is not supported by the iOS, such as 256-bit encryption or encryption by a digital certificate, you cannot print a PDF with Canon Mobile Printing.
In such a case "Cannot display preview." is displayed in the preview screen. To print with Canon Mobile Printing, change the encryption level of the PDF on a computer.
