Requirement:

- University graduate in Engineering, Film/ TV/ Video Production or related discipline
- 3-4 years relevant work experiences in customer services or technical support
- Good knowledge and strong interest in video production is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Final Cut Pro/ Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills

The incumbent will be responsible for providing repair and maintenance service of our digital camera or video and answering the technical enquiries to our customers.

Requirement:

- Form 5 or above, Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is distinct advantage
- 1-2 years relevant working experiences, with photography knowledge is preferable
- Basic computer skills including Excel and E-mail
- Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese, fluent spoken in Mandarin will be an advantage
