Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities:

- Act as a business partner by advising our professional business imaging products (hardware, software, infrastructure and solutions) to our clients
- Prepare sales proposal and deliver product presentations to executive level
- Manage and grow with assigned enterprise account by meeting or exceeding monthly sales target
- Keep abreast on different business trends and optimization process
- Build up sustainable and long–term relationship through in-depth understanding of clients’ need and business prospect
- Implement strategic account review and client visit plan


Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in corporate account servicing
- Sound knowledge on multi-functional printers, Document Management Solutions and Network Infrastructure etc
- Excellent influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
- Mature, aggressive and ambitious with strong business acumen
- Sales driven, proven sales record and engaging in relationship building
- Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Senior Enterprise Account Manager
- Fresh graduates would also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Account Executive - Major Account / Commercial Account

The incumbent will be responsible for selling Canon’s imaging hardware and software solution to business customers, to achieve sales quota by developing current and new business in the market of Multi-function Copier, Multi-functional Printer and document imaging & workflow software solution.

Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1-2 years sales experiences, particular experience in B2B business development or account servicing are preferred
- Experience in copier, printer, software or PC market will be an advantage
- Mature with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong character to take up challenge, able to work independently, self-motivated and good team player
- Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Account Manager
- Fresh graduates would also be considered



Senior Supervisor, E-commerce

Responsibilities:

- Initiate, plan and execute e-commerce campaign to drive online traffic and sales
- Manage partner program with both internal and third party e-commerce platforms
- Liaise and work closely with internal & external parties for content development
- Conduct data analysis on performance & sales result

Requirements:

- University graduate in E-commerce / Marketing / Computer Science
- 3-4 years or above relevant working experiences, experience in project management would be an advantage
- Particular experiences in data mining / sales analysis / digital marketing promotions
- Sales driven with strong CRM sense
- Self- motivation, independent, excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient computer knowledge in Basic HTLM and MS Office
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

Internal Auditor

The incumbent will be responsible for performing audit projects on business processes and controls, assisting to conduct Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance Project, as well as assisting in conducting anti-fraud and internal control training for our members.

Requirement:

- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 3-4 years relevant experience in external and internal audit
- Solid experience in IT audit/ SOX review will be an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical mind, independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills



HR Officer

Responsibilities:

- Provide support of HR duties including but not limited to benefits management, leave & attendance management and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee information including  personal profile, leave, attendance in the HRIS  to ensure all records are complete and accurate
- Assist in planning & implementing various employee relations activities
- Prepare various HR statistic reports and analysis for management review

Requirements:

- University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR & Macau
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Able to work independently with strong team work spirit
- Detail-minded and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with less relevant working experience would be considered as HR Assistant



Sales Planning Assistant

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to B2B Sales Team and customers, issuing sales orders & arranging delivery/installation, preparing necessary daily reports as well as handling sales enquiry through delivering professional customer service.

Requirement:

- Matriculated or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience, experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates would also be considered



Planning Assistant – B2B Strategic Planning

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in inventory control and stock level management, preparing various inventory reports/forecast/analysis, coordinating product delivery as well as liaising with external and internal parties.

Requirement:

- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 2-3years relevant working experience, particular experience in sizable companies would be advantage
- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Self- motivation, independent with good analytical skill
- Candidate with more relevant working experience will be considered as Planning Officer



Service Engineer Trainee – Business Imaging Solution and Professional Printing Products

The incumbent will be responsible for providing onsite service support / maintenance of our Multi-Functional Printers to our corporate clients.

Requirement:
- Fresh graduate with Certificate or above in Electronic / Mechanic Engineering, IT or related principle.
- Proficient in Windows, Mac OS and PC Hardware connection
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills
- Passionate and able to work independently
- On-the-job product & technical training will be provided
- Immediate available is highly preferred



Receptionist (Part-time)

The incumbent will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests, coordinating mail and courier service as well as providing general administrative support to departments.

Requirement:
- Matriculated or above with 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company, experience in front desk is a must.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Polite, pleasant and able to work independently
- Working hours: 08:30 – 13:30, Monday to Friday

Customer Service Officer (1 year contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for handling data entry, issuing service quotations / consumable orders, handling email / web orders as well as other project support.

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years working experiences in customer service
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word, sound typing skill
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently

Business Service Assistant (Contract)

Responsibilities:

- Provide general clerical support, including but not limited to general admin, printing, scanning and mailing service at our corporate customers’ office premises
- Manipulate our multifunctional devices independently to perform the printing & scanning tasks
- Handle customer enquiries if necessary

Requirement:

- F.5 graduate with 1 year working experience
- Familiar in manipulate our multifunctional  devices would be an advantage
- Native in Cantonese and Fluency in Mandarin. Basic knowledge in English would be an advantage
- Strong adaptability, flexibility & responsibility, willing to take challenges and with good communication skill
- Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel)
- Shift duties are required
- On-the-job trainings will be provided



Operator (Temporary)

Responsibilities:

- Manipulate our multifunctional devices independently to perform the printing & scanning tasks to our corporate customers
- Handle customer enquiries if necessary

Requirements:

- F.5 graduate with relevant working experience
- Familiar in manipulate our multifunctional  devices would be an advantage
- Native in Cantonese, Basic knowledge in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, flexible and responsible with good communication skill
- Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel / Acrobat)
- Willing to work overtime
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30
- Working Location: Kwai Fong



Promoter (Full-time/Part-time)

The incumbent will be responsible for selling and promoting Canon's products in Chain Stores / Roadshows / Exhibitions.

- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years sales experiences, knowledge in Computer Product or Photography will be an advantage
