簡易耗材訂購服務（「服務」）收集個人資料聲明

1. 佳能香港有限公司（「佳能」）（及/或通過其服務供應商）將使用從服務中收集的個人資料用作下列一項或多項用途：
   1. 確認、通知和跟進您的服務要求、處理您的查詢、保存記錄、確認及/或更新服務要求以及核實您的身份；
   2. 製作、處理及保存您的服務要求記錄，作服務要求的行政管理及監察和評估我們的服務；
   3. 進行數據分析及研究以改進我們的業務運營或相關之目的；及
   4. 法律所需或容許的任何其他合法用途。
2. 您要求服務並同意收集、使用、儲存、轉移及/或處理其個人資料純屬自願及獨立。如您未能提供足夠資料，您或許不能享受服務。

4. 您提供予佳能的個人資料可能會被處理、查閱、儲存及/或轉移到香港境外及/或位於香港境外的佳能關聯公司或第三方服務供應商包括但不限於雲端伺服器供應商。 該等地方可能就個人資料給予不同程度的保障。如佳能將您的個人資料轉移到香港以外地方，佳能將確保按照適用的個人資料私隱法律要求以保障相關個人資料。

Personal Data Collection Statement of Canon Easy Consumable Order Service (“Service”)

1. The personal data collected in the Service will be used by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”) (and/or through our service provider(s)) for one or more of the following purposes:
   1. For confirming, contacting and following up with your Service request, dealing with your enquiries, keeping records, confirming and/or updating your Service request and verifying your identity;
   2. For creation, processing and maintenance of your Service request record for the administration of your Service request and monitoring and evaluation of our service;
   3. For statistical and analytical purposes for improving our business operations or all relevant purposes; and
   4. Any other legitimate purposes as may be required or authorized under the applicable laws.
2. Your request for the Service and agreement to the collection, use, storage, transfer and/or processing any personal data is voluntary and independent. If you do not provide sufficient information, you may not be able to enjoy the Service.
