Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions of Canon’s R Dollar Program and the defined terms therein shall apply insofar as applicable.
2. Participants shall attend Canon Image Square and present the one-off and non-transferable valid Redemption Coupon contained in redemption confirmation email issued by Canon to enjoy the self-printing services (“Service”) for participants’ personal and non-commercial benefits.
3. Redemption Coupon is valid for one (1) month from date of issuance. Expired Redemption Coupon will not be accepted.
4. Service will only be applicable to the sizes and number of sheet(s) as specified in the Redemption Coupon.
5. Quality of printing depends on the files provided by participants (“Files”). No image resizing or editing, post production or photo retouching will be provided by Canon. Canon shall not be responsible for any defect in the quality of printing or anything beyond Canon’s reasonable control.
6. Canon reserves the right to refuse to provide any Service if the Files fail to meet the specified printing requirement or if participants fail to comply with any terms and conditions.

   1. File resolution: 24 Megapixel (A1 & A2), 15 Megapixel (A3+), 9 Megapixel (A4)
   2. File format: JPG, Tiff, CR2, CR3
   3. File storage tool: USB drive
8. Participants are strongly recommended to make reservation in accordance with instructions in the redemption confirmation email before attending Canon Image Square for the Service, especially for printing involving more than ten (10) sheets in A3+ size. Reservation shall be deemed successfully made only when participants receive timeslot reservation confirmation from Canon. Participants with reservation will enjoy priority over walk-in customers.
9. Participants with reservation shall attend Canon Image Square on time for reserved timeslot. Reservations are held for a maximum of five (5) minutes from the reservation timeslot commencement time. Should participants need to change or cancel reservation, please contact Canon in accordance with instructions in the redemption confirmation email at least one (1) business day before the reserved timeslot. For cancellation in less than one (1) business day before the reserved timeslot or no show, Canon reserves the right to forfeit the relevant Redemption Coupon.
10. Canon reserves the right to suspend or terminate Service or modify options of photo paper at any time subject to the availability of timeslot and printing materials/consumables. In relation to participants with reservation, Canon will use reasonable endeavours to inform such participants and make further arrangements.
11. Availability of walk-in service shall be subject to the availability of timeslot and printing materials/consumables.
12. Printouts’ collection time will depend on the number of and complexity of Files. Participants shall reserve sufficient time for printing processing. Canon makes no warranty on completing the printing within the reserved timeslot and shall not be responsible for any delay in collection time.
13. Printing materials/consumables provided in relation to the Service are only for onsite printing purpose at designated area of Canon Image Square. For any purchase of printing materials/consumables, please consult Canon staff for details.
14. Participant warrants that he/she will not provide any files, materials or information (“Participants’ Materials”) which:
    1. is or is in Canon’s opinion (or is likely to be reasonably perceived) as misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, illegal, obscene, threatening, deceptive, abusive, profane or offensive;
    2. is in breach of any copyright or other intellectual property rights, or damaging to data, software or the performance of Canon’s computer system, or adversely affects the performance or availability of Service;
    3. is in breach of any person's rights (including but not limited to, copyrights and confidentiality);
    4. contains a virus, cancelbot, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful components;
    5. is in breach of any applicable laws or regulations; or
    6. contains any unauthorised advertising, promotion or solicitation.
15. Participants irrevocably agrees to fully indemnify and hold Canon harmless at all times from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from and in relation to any Participants’ Materials. Canon disclaims any and all liabilities arising from or in connection with Participants’ Materials.
16. Participants irrevocably agrees to fully indemnify and hold Canon harmless at all times from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from and in relation to the use or operation of the printing equipment by the participants, or from participants' breach of any of these terms and conditions, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations or rights of any third party.

自助打印服務
條款及細則

1. 佳能「R Dollar」 計劃條款及細則及其定義的詞彙應盡其適用程度適用。
2. 參加者須前往佳能數碼影像坊並出示佳能發出的確認換領電郵中包含的有效一次性不可轉讓的換領券，可為著參加者的個人和非商業利益享用自助打印服務（「服務」）。
3. 換領券自發出日期起一(1)個月有效。過期的換領券將不被接受。
4. 服務只適用於換領券上註明的尺寸及張數。
5. 打印質量取決於參加者提供的檔案（「檔案」）。佳能不會提供圖像大小調整或編輯、後期製作或照片修圖服務。對於任何打印質量缺陷或任何超出佳能合理控制範圍的事宜，佳能概不負責。
6. 如檔案未能符合指定打印要求或參加者不遵守任何條款及細則，佳能保留拒絕提供任何服務的權利。
7. 有關打印要求的詳情，請參閱 以下：
   1. 檔案像素: 2千4百萬像素 (A1 & A2), 1千5百萬像素 (A3+) , 9百萬像素 (A4)
   2. 檔案格式: JPG, Tiff, CR2, CR3

8. 佳能強烈建議參加者在親臨佳能數碼影像坊使用服務前按照確認換領電郵中的指示進行預約，特別當涉及 十(10) 張以上 A3+ 尺寸的打印。只有當參加者收到佳能的時段預約確認時，才視為預約成功。已預約的參加者可優先於未經預約的顧客享用服務。
9. 已預約的參加者須按預約時段準時到達佳能數碼影像坊。預約最多自預約時段開始時間起保留五(5)分鐘。如需要更改或取消預訂，參加者須至少在預約時段前一(1)個工作日按照確認換領電郵中的指示聯絡佳能。對於在預約時段前少於一(1)個工作日取消或在預約時段未出現，佳能保留沒收相關換領券的權利。
10. 佳能保留隨時暫停或終止服務或修改相紙選項的權利，具體視乎時段及打印材料/耗材供應情況而定。對於已預約的參加者，佳能將盡合理努力通知該等參加者並作出進一步安排。
11. 未經預約的服務之可供使用情況視乎時段及打印材料/耗材供應情況而定。
12. 打印件領取時間將取決於檔案的數量和複雜程度。參加者應預留足夠的打印處理時間。佳能不保證於已預約時段完成打印，並且對領取打印件時間的任何延遲概不負責。
13. 與本服務相關提供的打印材料/耗材僅供在佳能數碼影像坊指定區域進行現場打印之用。如欲購買任何打印材料/耗材，詳情請諮詢佳能職員。
14. 參加者保證其提供的任何檔案、材料或資料（「參加者素材」）不會：
    1. 是或佳能認為是（或可能被合理理解為），誤導的、不準確的、有誹謗性的、不合法的、淫褻的、恐嚇的、欺騙性的、侮辱的、褻瀆的、或令人反感的；
    2. 違反版權或其他知識產權，或對資料、軟件或佳能的電腦系統有損害性的，或對服務的表現或可供使用的情況有不利影響的；
    3. 違反任何人的權利（包括但不限於版權和保密責任）的；
    4. 載有病毒、[ 刪除繩（Cancelbot）] 、[ 木馬程式（Trojan horse）] 、[ 蠕蟲（worm）] 或其他有害元素；
    5. 違反任何適用的法律或規定的；或
    6. 載有任何未經許可的廣告宣傳、推銷或招攬的。
15. 就任何因參加者素材引起的及與之相關的任何及所有責任、索賠、損害賠償、損失及費用，參加者不可撤銷地同意彌償佳能，並使佳能免受任何損害。佳能不承擔因參加者素材引起或與之相關的任何和所有責任。
16. 就任何因參加者使用或操作打印器材，或參加者違反任何條款及細則，或違反任何適用的法律或規定或任何第三方的權利所引起的及與之相關的任何及所有責任、索賠、損害賠償、損失及費用，參加者不可撤銷地同意彌償佳能，並使佳能免受任何損害。
