Since the launch of EOS 5D Mark II, increasing number of video productions are shot on DSLR Cameras. To answer the need for higher quality EOS Movie from professionals, Canon has optimized the signal readout in the CMOS sensors of EOS-1D X, EOS-1D C and EOS 5D Mark III, bringing noticeable improvements in control of moiré and false color in EOS Movie. In addition, noise reductions at higher ISOs are another readily noticeable area of quality improvement, thanks to the new image processing algorithm of DIGIC 5+ image processor. These improvements combined to offer greater detail and better image quality for EOS Movie.
