Terms & Conditions

• The Redemption Coupon is valid for thirty (30) days from date of issuance (“Validity Period”). Expired coupon will not be accepted.
• If the Redemption Coupon is to be used for Canon camera / lens repair services (only applicable to products registered at Club Canon), you shall within the Validity Period visit Canon Image Square in person during opening hours to present the Redemption Coupon at time of paying the inspection fee or repair fee.
• If the Redemption Coupon is to be used for “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service” (only applicable to designated Canon camera / lens products registered at Club Canon which are still under warranty), you shall within the Validity Period send the Redemption Coupon together with the product model and serial number of product with warranty to be extended via email to ciits@chk.canon.com.hk . Please click here to inquire about the fee for “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service” and the list of designated Canon camera / lens products. For the avoidance of doubt, the Redemption Coupon is not applicable for the purchase of “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service” at the Canon Online Store or the “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service” website.
• The Redemption Coupon is only applicable for settling fee for Canon camera / lens repair service and/or “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service”.
• Each Redemption Coupon shall only be used for one transaction.
• The Redemption Coupon is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or other goods. No change shall be provided.
• The Redemption Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
• Canon shall not be responsible for re-issuing any damaged, lost, stolen or expired Redemption Coupon.
• Canon reserves the right to vary any terms and conditions of the Redemption Coupon without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Canon reserves the right of final decision.
• In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the Redemption Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of Canon repair service, “Canon Plus Extended Warranty Service” and Canon “R Dollar" Program.
