Canon EPP (Easy-PhotoPrint)

Canon EPP (Canon Easy-PhotoPrint) is a free application*, provide users the ideal printing solution. With Canon EPP, users can print photos and PDF files easily on a compatible PIXMA photo printer from iPhone / iPod touch / iPad and Android™ via a local wireless network (Wi-Fi). Meanwhile, users can directly scan documents and photos through PIXMA photo printer to the mobile devices without computer.#1

Print PDF files
Step 1
Open the PDF file and press function key

Select Open in "Canon iEPP"
  Step 3
Select media type and size then print
   

Directly scan documents and photos to iPhone/ iPod Touch

Launch the application and select Scan Settings
  Step 2
Select document type, color mode and doc. Size, then press scan
      Step 3
Preview the scan result and press function key to save the file
  Step 4
Save as JPEG or PDF or send as attachment of email

Print scanned files

Step 1
Launch the application and select Scanned Items
  Step 2
Select files from the list
  Step 3
Preview the file and print
  Step 4
Select media type and size then print

Shoot and print*1

Step 1
Open the Camera and take pictures, then press "SHARE".
  Step 2
Launch Canon EPP from the list
  Step 3
Confirm print settings and press print
   

*1 Applicable on device with built-in camera
*2 Canon EPP can be launched from SHARE in some other applications than the pre-installed Camera application

Directly scan documents and photos to Android™

Step 1
Launch the application and press Scan settings
  Step 2
Select document type, color mode and doc. Size, then press scan as JEPG/ PDF
      Step 3
Preview and confirm scan result, then the file will be automatically saved in the mobile device

Print scanned items

Step 1
Launch the application and select Scanned Items (PDF)
  Step 2
Select file from the list
  Step 3
Preview and confirm the scanned items
  Step 4
Select media type and size then print
