You can either visit our Customer Care Center or use our Pickup and Delivery Service.
Just bring the following items to our Customer Care Center, we will take care the rest.

1. Purchase Record Card or International Warranty Card
2. Original purchase receipt or invoice.
3. Products for inspection or repair.

We will pickup the product from your home or office. Inspect and get it fixed, then deliver back to you.

If you would like to join the Total Guarantee Service or repair by technician based on a per call basis. Please also contact us at 3191-2323.
Procedures to join the Total Guarantee Service
1. Call us at 3191-2323
2. We will prepare an inspection quotation for you to inspect your machine and confirm the condition.
3. If spare parts need to be replaced after machine inspection, we will send you a quotation.
4. When the machine is confirmed to be under serviceable condition, we will prepare maintenance contract for you to sign.
How much is the cost for maintenance by per call basis ?

Per call service charge/Inspection Fee 600/hour/unit
Transportation Fee for Outlying Island 200/visit

The above price does not include any replacement of spare parts.
If parts replacement is needed after inspection, we will send you a quotation.
