Upon purchasing of EOS R5 or EOS R6 from Canon Image Square, Canon online Store or Canon authorized dealers between 1st Apr and 30th Jun 2021, completing online product registration within 14 days of purchase and successfully making reservation for Trade-in, you will be entitled to enjoy Trade-in Redemption offer by bringing the following documents and items to Canon Image Square on the reserved date and completing the trade-in*2:
1. Used Camera or Camera with lens for Trade-in*1
2. Registered EOS R5 / EOS R6 camera body
3. Original Purchase record card of the registered EOS R5 / R6
4. Original invoice of the registered EOS R5 / R6 issued by Canon or Canon authorized dealers

Enrollment Procedure

  1. Purchase the following Canon selected product (s) from Canon Image Square, Canon Online Store or any one of the Canon’s Selected Authorized Dealers between 1st April 2021 and 30th June 2021
  2. Complete the Online product registration within 14 days after purchase.
  3. Make appointment for Trade-in at this page
  4. Attend Canon Image Square in person during the appointed sessions with the following documents and items
    • Reservation Confirmation Email (print or digital copy)
    • Used Camera or Camera with lens for Trade-in
    • Registered EOS R5 / EOS R6 camera body
    • Original Purchase record card of the registered EOS R5 / R6
    • Original invoice of the registered EOS R5 / R6 issued by Canon or Canon authorized dealers
    • Original Trade-in invoice issued by the Trade-in Service Provider on the trade-in day
  5. Upon completion of Trade-in, you are entitled to redeem the accessories immediately^*3
