Canon Hongkong Co., Ltd (Canon), E-Mice Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited and VITOVA Limited announced the launch of the "Secured Document Management Solution" (S-DMS) that enables convenient and secure document sharing, and effective document management for enterprises.
Course Outline
| S-DMS comprises a Canon iRC multi-functional printer, 20 embedded Hongkong Post e-Cert (scalable to 100 e-Cert on each printer), and the VITOVA’s VitalDoc family of software. Leveraging the PKI technology behind the Hongkong Post e-Cert, S-DMS effectively addresses the "authenticity", "confidentiality", "integrity" and "non-repudiation" issues of electronic data sharing and document management. | ||
