Business Imaging Solution Group of Canon Hongkong collaborated with business partner – FlexWorkflow Limited and organized Smart Workflow Management Workshop on 21 March 2014 at Canon office in Hunghom. Smart Workflow Management System is an e-workflow platform developed by Canon Hongkong and FlexWorkflow Limited. Workshop included seminar, case sharing, live demonstration and hands-on practice.

Customers commented the system is highly efficient that can streamline workflow, reduce paper forms, shorten the approval time and increase the flexibility. It is also well applicable to many different departments.

We got valuable feedback regarding fruitful content and arrangement which help for continuous improvement.

Canon Hongkong will organize regular Smart Workflow Management Workshop bi-monthly that we welcome commercial customers to visit our office and experience the smart platform.
