Business Imaging Group of Canon Hongkong had the honor to be awarded the Outstanding Brand in Document Management System (卓越文件管理系統品牌) from Metro Broadcast Finance in regard to our good and stable performance of multifunctional devices and effective business solutions.

Canon multifunctional devices iR-ADV C2230 and iR-ADV C5255 have wide range of applications, personalized user interface setting, which can help frequent documentation in SMEs and increase efficiency. "Connect to Google Docs", allows direct access to Google Docs account from the multifunctional devices to scan files and print, and enjoy the benefits of cloud service.

In addition, e-Maintenance, proactive support for the multifunctional devices, including automatic Toner delivery (e-Toner), automatic report on counter readings (e-Meter) and proactive technical support (e-Proactive) greatly minimizes administrative burden.

Apart from office equipment, Canon also offers software, such as Universal Login Manager (ULM), a simple smart card system, without server. Users can simply use the staff card for authentication in multifunctional devices. To further implement cost control management, users can also upgrade to uniFLOW, which allow print anywhere, security printing or scanning to oneself e-mail (even on different floors or overseas).
