Many of us may read different methods about photo equipment maintenance from some articles. Have you ever try those methods to maintain your equipment? If you are not quite sure the appropriate method, come join the "Canon Photo Gear Maintenance Workshop", Canon senior technical representatives will demonstrate professional skills of lens cleaning and explain camera structure. They will also share the common phenomenon of repair service.

Course Outline

Canon Photo Gear Maintenance Workshop

Content:

  • General situation of dust in camera & lens
  • Common causes & phenomenon of accidental damage
  • How to maintain the health of camera equipment
  • Methods & precaution of basic cleaning
  • Technical demonstration - Professional lens cleaning

 

Workshop Details: 

Date: 17rh December, 2021(Friday)
Time: 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Venue: Canon Image Square  (Unit 2003 & 2005-2009, 20/F., Tower 1, Grand Century Place, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong)
Quota: 20 per class (First-come first-served)
Fee:   HK$300 / HK$250 + Club Canon 1,000 Loyalty Points

 

Equipment to bring with:

Participants are welcome to bring their camera or lens. (Optional)


Terms and Conditions:

-  Quota will be offered at first-come-first-serve basis.
-  No refund will be made after payment.
-  Participant will receive a confirmation email after completing the payment. Participant should bring this email along in the event day.
-  Canon HongKong Co., Ltd reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes.

 

Bad Weather Arrangement:

- If typhoon signal no. 3 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm signal is in force 2 hours before the gathering time, the activity will be cancelled and postponed to another day.
- If typhoon signal no. 3 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm signal is in force during the activity, the activity will be terminated immediately while the activity fee will not be refunded.
- If all the signals were cancelled 2 hours before the gathering time, the activity will be conducted according to schedule.
