Canon links document into daily work environment with its expertise in document management. There are close relationships among document, workflow, department and management which create the theme “A SYNC Story”. The event showcased and demonstrated a diverse range of innovative, high tech solutions with applications that are suitable for various departments and industries, especially small and medium enterprises. Mr. Philip Chan, Director of Business Imaging Solution Group, Canon Hongkong said, “There are various cloud services in market. Canon joins hands with Kerry Business Outsourcing Solutions (KBOS) offering total and innovative records management solution to digitalize paper documents from scanning, categorization, record, indexing, image, delivery, quality control to disposal.
3. Workflow SYNC Solution - SYNC all departmental workflows to company, simplifying approval processes by one click 4. Identity Authentication SYNC Solution - SYNC staff ID to multifunctional device for printing anytime and anywhere with clear records
It helps to replace traditional paper forms into e-forms that users can view all related forms and electronic documents in a single platform, simplifying workflow approval by one click to build a paperless office.

It enables employees to perform Secure Print via staff cards which can manage printing cost and better utilize company resources to maximize the efficiency of cost management.
