About the Cycling Association of Hong Kong

The Cycling Association of Hong Kong was founded early in 1960. In the beginning, the Association mainly focused on promoting Road Race for local cycling development. After years of development, it has been extended to host and co-organize international cycling events in the purpose of advancing the interest of public and enhancing on-field experience of local athletes in the high level competitions.

Recently, the development of Hong Kong Cycling Team has become another major task of the Association. The power of our athletes is controlled and raised through the scientific and systematic training programmes leading their performance more remarkable. Meanwhile, the Association pays more effort in the development of Junior Team by selecting potential cyclists to join regular training so as to inherit the honourable spirit of Hong Kong Team from generation to generation.
