As a responsible corporate citizen, Canon Hongkong Company Limited (CHK) continues to support Love Teeth Day for the 2^nd consecutive year to raise public awareness on oral health care whilst raising funds for the needy.

On 9^th December, a total of 568 employees from CHK, Canon Electronic Business Machines (H.K.) Company Limited and Canon Engineering Hong Kong Company Limited, joint hands to support Love Teeth Day 2011 and successfully raised HK$29,874 for this meaningful campaign. To motivate community involvement, a "Love Teeth Day Pack", including toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss, were presented to all participants with donations of HK$35 or above, as gesture of appreciation.

The Community Chest was established in 1968 as one of the first Charities in Asia. "Love Teeth Day" is one of the annual fund raising campaigns jointly organized by the Community Chest of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Dental Association and Oral Health Education Unit of the Department of Health since 2008. It aims to encourage public to conduct preventive oral health care and to promote oral health education. All donations will be passed to benefit "Oral Health Services for the Needy" without any deduction of administration expenses.
