To express its care to the society, Canon Hongkong has been organizing various corporate activities and engaging with different charity organizations to help the needy.

Canon PhotoMarathon combines photography and charity to donate all enrollment fees to St. James’ Settlement (2016) |

Organized by Canon Hongkong Company Limited (Canon Hongkong) since 2009, Canon PhotoMarathon (CPM) Hong Kong is a competition in which contestants compete to create their photographic masterpieces in line with the assigned themes under time pressure. It is an exhilarating annual event for all photography enthusiasts and the number of contestants has been increasing from 300 in the first year to 3,000 in 2017. Achieving the goal of Imaging CSR, all enrollment fees were donated to beneficiaries including Medecins Sans Frontieres (2009), Friends of the Earth (2010), WWF (2011), S.K.H. St. Christopher's Home (2012), Heep Hong Society (2013), St. James’ Settlement (2014-2016) and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (2017). Since 2010, the event has been recognized as carbon-neutral after "measure, reduce and offset" to carbon footprints.

Since 1999, Canon Hongkong (CHK) has been supporting the Community Chest with "Dress Casual Day" as pioneering charity project. In order to raise funds for the needy, CHK has also joined "Love Teeth Day", "Green Day" and "Skip Lunch Day" subsequently, the mutual contributions between CHK and staff had won the "Corporate and Employee Contribution Program Bronze Prize" issued by the Chest in 2012. |

Since 2005, Canon Hongkong (CHK) has been supporting the ORBIS in various anti-blindness campaigns such as the "World Sight Day" and "Pin Day",raised over HKD510,000 throughout the years. The CHK charity team also joined the "Moonwalkers" for the first time in 2010. |

The Pok Oi Cycle for Millions is one of the largest cycling events in Hong Kong, with participation of Canon Hongkong (CHK) team from 2009 - 2011, the Pok Oi Hospital, with motto of "We Love, We Care, We Serve", is hopefully helping more people in the community. The Canon charity shoot and print zone had added color to the event with additional funds raised.
